Strawberries and cream sorta of

I know it kinda looks yucky but I can assure it was divine. Strawberries and Creole Cream Cheese bought at the Red Stick Farmers market in Baton Rouge with some Balsamic Vinegar with cracked black pepper. Sweet, creamy, tart and spicy. All about the balance.
