There is a blogger in New Orleans who not only blogs about food in New Orleans but also gets samples of food that he talks about. He also asks for people willing to do this to sign up on the blog. He sometimes holds a contest to further distribute food samples to these people to report on. I was one of many who got the chance for honey samples. He must have a good relationship with the manufacturer as I got my sample directly from them. I an upcoming blog I will report on it. A preliminary taste proved very good.
