Sunday Lunch

After a 2 hour stint at the restaurant to set up my work so my boss could do it I went to Lagniappe to get my bowl of hog insides. As usually it was very good but took quite a while to fix. The owner who I have come to know comp it because of that. It has been slow for them last week. They really put out a great plate lunch. Although it is not in the convenient location (off I-10 at the truck stop casino) it is well worth the effort to get to. Support your local restaurants.
