Jackson Deli 3607 Legion St 337-513-9987

Following Eric Cormier lead as expressed in his weekly column I headed to sample the cheeseburger here. As is my wont I added bacon and got provolone for the cheese. As all of Chad's food it was delicious. The side was a bit unusual but delicious. It was cornbread salad with tomato, corn, and green onions. Sorta like a rice salad with the cornbread taking the rices place. I would get it again. I do not go here frequently enough.
