Regalia once more
This is the new platter at Regalia's. They added a fried polenta cake. As a lady once told me "it's only fried cornmeal mush". But as I told her I like fried cornmeal mush whatever it is called. As usual everything was good. This is the first time I have gotten the beef/lamb meat. It had been cut thick and this help it retain it's moisture. I also loved the flavor profile on it. As usually there is hummus, kibbe, and grape leaves. I recently found out that the family has a special grape vine that does not produce grapes only leaves which they use exclusive for the dolmades here
