I was born and raised in Lake Charles. Except for 4 years in Shreveport attending collge I have lived here all my life. As far back as I can rememeber food has been important to me. The last 11 years especially so. I started writing a restaurant review column for a local bi-monthly life styes magazine about then. A couple years later I started working for a local restaurant. I function now as a Buyer/Manager/Computer Guy/Events Arranger and anything else I can turn my hand to helping the restaurant. This blog is for me to write about things that cannot go into a review and also highlight past restaurants I have reviewed. Where they stand now and so on. So enjoy
